I put together this site because I’ve had more than two decades of awful, can’t-get-out-of-bed periods, and I was so relieved when I found some yoga poses that actually help.  The more I practice this type of yoga, the more I appreciate its beauty and intimacy, too.  I wanted to make it easy for other women to play with it at home—and to share what they discovered.

I’m excited about these poses and the other resources that I’ve shared here, but I’m even more happy about the wonderful communities of yoga teachers that I’ve met in L.A. and D.C.  You’ll see some of my colleagues teaching here, and there are many more who helped me along the way.  Huge thanks to them, and to Brandon Zachary for videography.
